In observance of Labor Day, New Horizons Academy will be closed at all three campuses—Wauseon, Springfield, and Career Center. There will be no school for students or staff.

Labor Day is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of individuals who help make our communities stronger each and every day.

At New Horizons Academy, we’re especially grateful for the incredible teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, support staff, and families who work tirelessly to help our students learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential. Their compassion, patience, and commitment make an extraordinary difference in the lives of the children and young adults we serve.

We’re equally proud of our amazing Soaring Eagles, who remind us every day that hard work comes in many forms. Every new skill mastered, every challenge overcome, and every step toward greater independence represents determination, perseverance, and a reason to celebrate.

As we enjoy this holiday, we encourage our students, families, and staff to take some time to relax, recharge, and appreciate the people whose hard work makes a difference in our lives.

From all of us at New Horizons Academy, we wish our entire school family a safe, relaxing, and wonderful Labor Day! 🇺🇸🦅❤️
